Default Outlook Shared Calendar and Address

When I go to open a shared calendar, I do not see any of the users on Zimbra to select from. So I go to File/Open/Open User Share and I get this "Failed to find Zimbra Global Address List in Address Book" I am running Outlook 2003. Any ideas?

You should be able to find that in the admin console.

Both GAL access and Autocomplete from GAL are both checked.

I still can't access other user's mailboxes. The list is empty in the drop down. Any ideas?

logon to your admin console, under configuration select domains, select the domain in question, then take a screenshot of the gal configuration screen and post it here.

ok, great. now we need to see whats going on from the zco side. follow these steps to generate a log files with the GalSyncRequest.

1. Run ZCOLogCtl.exe and configure it to enable logging with http tracing. ZCOLogCtl is located in c:\program files\common files\system\msmapi\<LCID>\ where LCID is your default locale id.
2. Close ZCOLogCtl
3. Create a new mapi profile for the zimbra user
4. Open outlook and logon to the new profile
4. after it has completed syncing the gal, shutdown outlook
5. find the log file with the GalSyncRequest/GalSyncResponse and post it here
6. Run ZCOLogCtl and turn off logging

I will do that. However, the funny thing is is that we have converted 2 users so far. One was on an exchange server (which everything works, GAL and all) and another that wasn't on an exchange server. That is the one we are having trouble with.
