Question ZCS Connector -Error Installing

Hi All

I'm getting this error when I install ZCS (V.1.3 )

MsiExec.exe Unable to locate Component

This Application has failed to start because LSLIB32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

Running Zimbra 4.5.3

Windows XP SP2 - Outlook 2003 latest sp & service pack.

I uninstall several times and repeat the process, same error,

Un-install Outlook and re-install , same thing

I have check to see if the profile was deleted & zimbra outlook files (after uninstall it )

nothing....

any suggestions ?

TIA
Carlos

I don't understand what that is.

If you mean the Outlook Conector then the current version is ZimbraOlkConnector-4.5.3_GA_731_4.5.168.msi - you can download it from your server via the admin UI. Have you done that?

I"m a liar.
Sorry

So, try to redownload it. If that doesn't work, ensure that you ave enough permissions to run the app.

Also, try to download something called ccleaner to clean out your HD.

run the installer with msiexe and verbose logging enabled and post your log so we can see why lslib32 doesn't get installed. this is a library used by zco.

msiexe.exe /i <name of msi> /lv <name of log file>

type msiexe.exe for all the options
