i think you need to get from server.
I'm not the server guru so may be someone can help you to do that.
From Outlook's point of view you can also create Zimbra provider logs with HTTP activity.
So you need configure Zimbra provider to create logging with http (use ZCOLogCtl.exe)
Start Outlook and receive this message again.
Close Outlook and post log here.

I tested this case with latest server (yesterdays build) with Latest Zimbra 4.5 client and Outlook 2007. Everything works fine. I used Webcliend with Firefox 2.x en and Outlook 2007 en too.

ok, good to know because:

* even forwarding emails causes the same problem (just another time two clients of mine asked if i have email problems)

* i can't get you the files you require since we're just a client of a hosted zimbra environment and it could take ages until the hoster could get access to such a log file

so let's hope you'll roll out this new release soon so i can confirm if this problem still exists.

As for log i described how to took this log on your client side using your Outlook.

true, but i can't ask my clients having outlook 2007 without zimbra to log such a thing ;-) perhaps i wasn't completely clear in my description: people having a plain outlook 2007 (without zimbra, normal pop3 access) experience this problem.

I checked this against latest zimbra server and Outlook 2007 configured with pop3 only. It works fine for me.

ok, then i'll await the upcoming version and will just not write from the web client until then (unless they're english and don't use special chars ;-).

so let's hope the problems just disappear then - i'll confirm this as soon as our hoster upgraded to the latest zimbra version (which is 4.5.3 right now).

the upgrade is coming along soon?
