Contacts not in address book

ZImbra Contacts do not show up in address book. WHen right clicking on contacts, the tab that contains "show in address book" is not even available.

Its almost as though the address book is seen as another folder not as a special folder.

am i missing somthing or has no one else had this issue?

yup, something is funny. you should have a tab in the folder properties dialog title 'outlook address book'. only folders with this tab can be viewable in the address book. Does your profile contain a section for the outlook address book? You can check as follows:

tools->email accounts->view or change existing address book

there should be 1 entry for outlook address book.

Yes there is only one address book.

Now there are 2 other problems that i don;t think are releated:

One, internal "read receipts" do not work
two, when outlook is closed is crashes with a error:

Like i said i think it may be unreleated but i thought i would mention

for your crash, open a case with support@zimbra.com. They'll help you obtain a core dump which we'll use to fix the issue.

Read reciepts are not yet supported. Vote for this bug if you are interested in support for read receipts: http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=7257

External read receipts work fine... why don't internal?


Back to the address book issue, any ideas????

I have same problem with outlook 2007, i have the address book tab, but it is greyed out and can not check the box to enable the contacts folder as a adrress book.
