Since there is no error I could find, I cannot attach any screenshot for this issue.
To be more detail, suppose if in the Outlook the server name in the SERVER CONFIGURATION is working with an IP address 200.20.2.2.
Now if the admin has changed the IP address of zimbra server and the user is still using the old IP address. When he presses SEND/RECEIVE button, he should see some error saying something like "an error occurred" since he has to change the IP address in his email accounts settings. But this is not happening. Instead of prompting some error, it says "Send/Receive Complete" assuming that there are no new email messages.
