Default messages not appearing in sent items

Hi all,
I have been noticing something strange while using the zimbra outlook connector.
We have a support email address that a few users send emails from. When they send emails from this 2nd account, they do not appear in the users "Sent Items" folder in outlook.

The only difference I have made is set the Support account to not recieve emails in the "Define send/recieve options".

Has anyone come across this kind of behavior or can reproduce this?

We are using Zimbra Network Server 4.0.5 using outlookXP and zimbra connector 4.0.3

It would be good if I read the whole thread.
There is one, but no solution. sorry

http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?tit...ooting_Options

1. Shutdown outlook
2. Enable logging as described in the link above
3. Open outlook, forward a message
4. Shutdown outlook
5. Search the log for SendMsgResponse. Is it an error?
