Outlook - Sharing Calendars

Hey guys,

Zimbra: 4.5.0
Zimbra connector: 4.5.0
Outlook: 2003

I'm trying to setup a shared calendar between two accounts. I create a new folder under calendars, right click -> properties -> Sharing. Click the "Add" button, find the other user in the Global Address List and add them. And nothing happens. They don't show up in the list and there are no error messages.

Am I doing something wrong?

Please update to version 4.5.2 and see if you get it again

We were finally able to upgrade, and we're now on:

Zimbra: 4.5.3
Connector: 4.5.169

Still having the same problem, though. Any ideas?

I do not see the sharing tab when I right-click a folder and select [properties.

But i'm still having trouble with sharing out calendars/contacts folders. It's been quite a disappointment. I really hope these guys make it seemless and smooth soon, lots of my clients reallly want it but I can't deliver on it. One weird quirk or another. It worked alright for a couple weeks on 4.5.3 but when i upgraded to 4.5.4 i ran into some more issues.
