MS Outlook tzmove utility

I'm guessing that this is not necessary but checking none the less.

Does the outlook timezone updater mentioned in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931667/en-us need to be run at any point when updating to 4.5.2?

It's recommended that you not run the MS timezone tool, have a look at this article for the current state of Time Zone infor for Zimbra, it'll tell you everything you ever wanted to know.
