Default Upgrade requires old .msi installer?

I'm trying to upgrade some clients to the 4.5.1 ZCO from older versions, and the installer keeps telling me to locate the .msi file of the previous version. We haven't saved the previous installers, not knowing that they would be required for upgrade, or uninstallation, so now I don't know what to do. Is there somewhere to download these, or a way around needing them?

It does the same thing, asks for the .msi from the running version

Does anyone have the Connector .msi from 4.0.0_GA? I've got a user with Outlook issues and so far that seems to be the only way to fix the upgrade problem.

Why not just delete the old installer information, have a look at this tool? Please note that the clean-up utility isn't sanctioned by me or Zimbra, make a backup of anything that's important before you use it and you use it at your own risk - we're not responsible if your computer blows up. After all that, I've used it many times to clear old msi rubbish without problems.

Well, I was trying to avoid that, but I guess I'll give it a try. Thanks

So if we upgrade to 4.5.1 of the server, and someone tries to install the connector, will it it will it not work? I'm a bit confused about this.

Yes, it should work. When you install using an msi, windows keeps a copy of the msi around in case you want to repair or uninstall. My hunch is that in this case, the cached copy was deleted somehow.

So it'd be best if somehow someone was able to give him a copy of the .msi file then.
