GAL resync period

In 4.0.4 Outlook connector a new registry key was added to set a resync period for GAL, according to this bug: http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11227

However, there is no explanation about this registry key. Is a DWORD? A string? What are allowed values?
