No, it does not show up in the web interface either. The messages do send though. I verified receiving it on my side, but the user's side doesn't show it in the Sent Items on the web interface or Outlook.
Prior to version 4.5 of the connector, the outlook save-to-sent setting is not used. ZCO uses the zimbra servers save-to-sent setting. Login to the Zimbra Web Client and make sure the save-to-sent setting is enabled.
In version 4.5 and later (coming soon), outlook save-to-sent setting is used and not the servers.
I just checked on both the server and the Outlook side. It is set correctly on both sides. FYI, it puts any new messages sent into the Sent Items, it's just the messages that are Forwarded/Replied to that aren't put there.
1. Shutdown outlook
2. Enable logging as described in the link above
3. Open outlook, forward a message
4. Shutdown outlook
5. Search the log for SendMsgResponse. Is it an error?
