Thanks very much; I'd looked at most of those via the direct links in other posts, but not 77429 which has a comment that is the most clear about the plan.

Are there any features supported via ZCO that will not work via ActiveSync? We'd like to do away with supporting ZCO for our Outlook users if we can.

I'm having issues simply getting the Zimbra connector installed on a machine running office 2013. It stops the installation, saying that outlook is not installed, when it clearly is installed. I've dumped the log to text file for the installation, that i can upload the log file, but I'd really like some guidance on why office would not be detected. We're running 32 bit version of office trying to install 32 bit version of 7.2.2.579 of the connector.

I believe we're trying to upgrade soon, but this is going to be hard to support office 2013 moving forward if this becomes common place.
