Upgrade to 7.2 Outlook GAL now displaying all aliases for accounts as well..

Hi,

We have upgrade our server from 7.1.3 to 7.2. Now in outlook ( 2007 / 2010 ) the GAL is displaying all the users, as well as all their aliases as well as seperate user entries.

Any Comments?

I am experiencing the same problem. Running Zimbra Network Edition 7.2.0_P1.

I have tried using ZCO 7.2.1.529 and 7.2.1.530. In both cases I used the ZmCustomizeMsi.js script to configure Outlook to disable aliases in the GAL (--galsync-disablealiases 1). The registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\GalSynDisableAl iases is set to 1 (REG_DWORD).

I have attempted the following steps to fix the problem (none successful):
- reinstalling the ZCO
- reinstalling the Outlook profile
- resetting the GAL in Outlook (Tools -> Send/Receive -> Global Address List -> Reset Global Address List)
- deleting Outlook's GAL file

ZCO 7.2.2 fix that issue.

After the install, you have to reset the GAL in Outlook (Zimbra toolbar -> Sync Global Address List -> Reset Global Address List)

We also experience this problem and have server 7.2.0 installed. I cant find an upgrade to 7.2.2 nor a connector anywhere . I have found this Zimbra Collaboration Suite :: Downloads with version 7.2.1.547 but not 7.2.2. Can anyone advise ? regards Rick

this worked for us > install ZimbraConnectorOLK_7.2.2.545_x86 available from zimbra

change to below (32 bit windows )
