ZDB File Limit

Hy everyone,
i m configuring a new profile with the this version of the connector(7.1.5.6368).
Yesterday i started the syncro but this morning when i opened Outlook,i receive a lot of messages with this subject Local Failure Notice.
And i just went to the default folder and i saw the limit of the zdb file was more than 2,1 GB.
I m wondering if there is the limit for the zdb file stop to 2 GB and i want to know the max size limit.
Now i start again the syncro,i hope that everything goes well.

No, the limit is not relating to ZCO but is relating to the version of Outlook. Outlook 2003 has a limit for the size of the PST file. In fact, the ZDB is really a PST file (renamed).

If you are using Outlook 2007 or 2010, the file size limit goes away. We have customers with well over 10G files.

Google the file size limit for the version of Outlook you are using.

On a related note, we see the local failure notice a lot. In most cases we ignore it and don't see any other problems.
