Syncing between Exchange and ZCS Calendars

This is probably a very simple question, but if I use an Outlook Client to connect to both ZCS and an Exchange Server (two accounts, so I see two separate Mailboxes), is there a simple way to keep a ZCS Calendar and an Exchange Calendar in sync?

currently we don't support multiple services in a single profile (should work, but we are not testing this scenario). you would need some third party tool (of which I am not aware) to sync the calendar folders.
