Outlook 2010 - ZimbraConnectorOLK_7.1.5.6364 - Personas

Windows 7
Outlook 2010
Zimbra 7.1.4_GA_2555.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 NETWORK
ZimbraConnectorOLK_7.1.5.6364

I need persona's for one of my users.
The user has one account but needs the option to send with different E-Mail addresses.

On the server everything is configured. The user can send Mails with different "from".

But I can't configure persona's on the connector.
I have found this description how to do this (not official but looks good):

I my Outlook the add persona button is not there (I marked it red).
I have attached an screen shot.

Has someone an idea how I can fix this?
