I have created a support ticket with Zimbra support on Thursday of last week but have not heard anything as of yet.
We have purchased ZCS Network Edition and are migrating users from MS Exchange.
The issue we are running into is after the installation of the MS Outlook Connector, the mail profile is not being created and Outlook is not prompting for the creation at the next launch. When I attempt to create the profile through Control Panel > Mail, the wizard hangs at the point were the Zimbra Collaboration Server is selected for the Server Type and clicking Next.

Microsoft Outlook 2007
Outlook Connector Version 18.104.22.16856_x86
ZCS Server Specs:
Ubuntu 10.4 LTE (Virtual Machine using VMWare VSphere 5)
ZCS Version 7.1.4_GA_2555.UBUNTU10_64_Ubuntu10_64 NETWORK edition
I have taken some steps to resolve the issue:
1. Repair of the connector.
2. Repair of MS Outlook.
3. Disable Windows Firewall.
4. Disable Antivirus.
5. Delete other mail profiles.
I have enabled logging through the connector attempting to catch any errors. I will attach the log to the post.
Any ideas? Let me know if there is any other information I can get.
