Default Not fixing in Patch 1 (2568) of zimbra NE 7.1.4

I upgraded to latest patch ( P1 2568 of 7.1.4 ). Our customers are still getting such errors; When this issue can be fixed? I am quite annoying. Does it mean i have to change the auth time in web admin from 2 days to 30 days for everyone?

    Any working around here?

    Thanks,
    Rocky

I was mistaken about P1 fixing the issue. The release of 7.20 is where the planned fix is included.

So what is quick working around? What is the command to change the auth life time from 2 days to 30 days ( I guess that's the only solution so far ?) I can't ask end user to reboot outlook every 2 days which does not make sense.

    Thanks,
    Rocky

Default Install ZCO 7.1.5 pre-release should fix this issue

Just some update: if you have zimbra support portal account, download ZCO 7.1.5 pre-release and apply it to outlook should be fixing this issue. This was the information i got from zimbra support. I already applied to some end users, will keep an eye on it. Hope it fix it this time.

We upgraded to v7.2 about a month ago. Our President of the company leaves his Outlook running so he can access it remotely on his computer via LogMeIn. He is having the issue of the authtoken expired.

I will up the timeout to 30 days and see what happens.
