Default Removing sharingaddin.dll message in outlook 2007

I have removed the zimbra connector and upgraded my Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and get this error when choosing any profile:

Quote:
The Add-in "Zimbra Client Extension" (SharingAddin.DLL) cannot be loaded and has be disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.

How can I clean up my outlook 2007 profile? Zimbra does not show up in the tools > trust center > Add-in

Run the ZCO installer and choose the repair option.

  • You need to re-register the Zimbra connector. This can be done either by reinstalling the Zimbra Connector (sometimes this does not work) or by running C:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe C:\windows\system32\LSMSSP32.dll
  • BCC does not work from Outlook

Other than that we haven't noticed anything major in the last three weeks. We are not running Vista.

Thanks,

Sometimes XP places the MSMAPI flies in a different location. If the above solution does not work, it may be because the files are not stored in windows\system. Instead, run:

C:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\LSMSSP32.dll"

to re-register the DLL.

However, I have still been unable to get the XP & Outlook 2007 to work.

I am trying to install version 5.0.16.2 Zimbra Connector with the same setup (XP-2007) and have been getting the same two error messages mentioned in this thread. I have tried all of the suggestions so far, and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
