Automated Deployment of Outlook Connector

Has anyone been able to deploy Outlook Connector in such a way that all a user needs to do is enter their username and password when they launch Outlook, post-installing Outlook and the connector using customized msi?

The way my deployment is working is that at first launch Outlook prompts to create a profile. Ideally the profile would be created (which I think the connector does upon install) and users would not need to click "Next" and then select "Manually Configure Settings" The only user interaction that I would like to have take place upon launching Outlook is entering a username and password.

I've looked around am surprised that no one has commented on a deployment like this. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
