Sharing Cal not working Share Cal, Permission and open other user foulder greyed out in outlook. Only can see apt as busy on shared cal. online share works. Please help.

Not sure how you're doing it, but in ZCO, the way to share a calendar is:

Go into the folder view in Outlook
Right click on Calendar
Select Properties (Don't select Share)
Click the Sharing tab

That is what we do, however we see the other person cal as all busy and do not see the content of the event on others cal.

I'm getting confused here as to which steps you're doing. Can you post some screen shots of exactly what you're trying to do, and what exactly happens?
