ZCO 18.104.22.16847 corrupt
I've just updated from 7.1.2 to 7.1.3 and applied the 7.1.3 patch without issue.
I downloaded a copy of ZCO 22.214.171.12447 and the ZmCustomizeMsi.js from the Admin Console in order to customise it.
The customisation would not work although the exact same command works fine with the 7.1.2 version with the file name altered accordingly and produces the error :
Confused I decided to see if I could just install 7.1.3 without customisation and got the message :
Error opening or updating MSI
Error Number : 16389
Error Description: OpenDatabase,DatabasePath,OpenMode
Also - I am able to open the 7.1.2 msi files with 7-zip but the 7.1.3 gives me
This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this a valid Windows Installer package.
This is the same for both the 32 and 64 bit msi files. I have re-downloaded without success.
Can not open file ........ as archive
My users who already have zco installed are able to update but I could do with the zco 7.1.3 install files for new users. Is there an alternate location I can download the install packages from, or am I going to have to give people the 7.1.2 files and then ask them to update ?
The .msi downloaded from the admin console doesn't work, but the auto-update does work?
I'm not sure this will help, but try looking in /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/downloads/
Also, make sure that you are downloading the correct .msi. Note that there's one .msi for 64-bit Windows, and another for 32-bit (x86) Windows.
Both the 32 and 64 bit packages at that location are going concerns. They both open and are openable with 7-zip.
I have no idea why neither work in any way when downloaded from the admin console. Very odd.

Maybe try downloading using a different browser or a different computer.
I was using Chrome on Win7-64.
Just tried on a different machine with Chrome and Firefox on Ubuntu 10.10 with exactly the same problem. The file downloaded via ssh opens with Archive Manager (once I changed the extension from msi to zip) while the files downloaded from the admin console produce the error :
Pretty much the same error I got on the Windows machine.

If I understand correctly, you've been able to get working copies of the .msi files you need to set up new users.
Maybe the next update will fix things.
Ah I do have one idea. Assuming the files do work, try doing
cp /path/to/installer.msi /var/tmp
Then (as zimbra) do
zmupdatezco is documented in Bug 65488 – Ability customize Auto Deploy and Bug 50463 – zmzcoupdater cli util
(Also, if the files that you're getting from the path I provided do work, you could try comparing them in various ways with the downloads from the Admin console.)
I get :

Seems it's not in the path.
Try /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmupdatezco /var/tmp/<filename>.msi
That gives me no output whatsoever, just puts me back at the prompt
I'm not sure it's supposed to give you output. After running it, did you try downloading the installer again and see if it works?
If it doesn't work, I really don't think I have any other ideas, but at least you have a working installer if I'm not misunderstanding your earlier posts. I'd expect this will be cleared up for you when the next point-release comes out.
