Create calendar in Outlook?

I can create a calendar in the Zimbra web client and it will show up in Outlook, but if I create a calendar in Outlook it does not show up in the Zimbra web client. Is this working by design, or am I not doing something properly?

It should work. When you created the calendar in Outlook, I assume you chose New Folder. In the Folder Contains dropdown, did you choose Calendar Items? It will default to Mail and Post Items, and then it wouldn't display properly in the web client.
