ZCO with Exchange - Rules and Alerts

zco 7.1.2.6331 : Outlook 2010 32bit : Win7 64bit

When not at the client site and not connected to Exchange, clicking on "Manage Rules and Alerts" for the Zimbra account produces the error shown in the picture attached.

Does anyone have any idea how to deal with this, or should I be submitting a bug report for it ?

If you want to use Zimbra rules, you would go to the Zimbra tab, and do Zimbra Server Rules. However, you shouldn't get this error message in any case.
