recover the deleted emails in ZCO?

Dear all,

customer is currently evaluating 7.1.1 NE + ZCO and found this symptom :

1. user receiveds an email in outlook 2003 + ZCO

2. user checks webmail and mobile device which is configured exchange activesync, the new email is there, as well.

3. user deletes this email in outlook 2003+ZCO.

4. check it again in webmail and mobile device and found email has been moved to trash folder. looks ok

5. user recovers this email in outlook 2003+ZCO. (move the email from Trash folder back to Inbox)

6. check it again in webmail, the email is now in Inbox folder, looks ok.

7. check the mobile device, but user can not find this email any more.


any advice on this? Thanks.
