Zimbra shared address books sync via ZCO/Outlook/BES express

Does anyone know how shared address books and calendars can be sync using BES express and the zimbra connector to blackberry phones?

What I'm trying to do is to have shared address books and calendars with department information synchronized to the BB phone in different contact lists and calendars. We now can only synchronize the contacts and calendar of the user but not those shared with him.

Is there a way to do that?
