    Default I have a message stuck in outbox outlook mac

    Hello,

    I have a message stuck in outbox outlook mac, I can not see nor deleted. What is the procedure to remove this message.

    when to send and receive, shows the following error.
    error
    ----
    Can not send a message

    details
    ----
    Unable to send the message because there are unresolved recipients.

    zimbra version 7.0
    connector version 7.1.1
    mac outlook 2011

    Outlook 2011 on Mac is not supported...
