    Default No internal mail in Outlook. Ok in webmail

    Hi everybody

    I've got a problem with my users. They all use Outlook 2007 to send/receive mail from Zimbra.
    Actually, they cannot see mails sent by internal users in their mailboxes.

    In the web console, I can see all internal mails in the inbox folder.

    Seems to be a sync problem between Outlook and Zimbra.

    They are no problem with external mail.

    Any ideas?

    Are they actually using the ZCO? Are they actually using the version of the ZCO from the current 7.1.2 server (if not, which exact version are they using)? Does it happen for all users /some/occasionally/all the time?

    What happens to the mail? Do you see any errors in the log files about delivery? Are you saying that they're just not visible in the Outlook Inbox? What happens when you do a sync, any errors?

    I can do what I want with my user (no special permissions), but that's all.

    When I do a send/receive in Outlook, nothing (for internal mail) is coming in Outlook. Anyway, mail are in the inbox folder in webmail. Which log file can i Check to see errors?

    Mistake . No problem for external, only with internal

    Sorry, Phoenix.

    So yes, all users are usins ZCO. It's the same version. Server = 7.1.2_GA_3268 (Network Edition), ZCO client =7.1.2 6331. They all use the version when can download from the ZCS Server.
    All users are like that, except one test account called zimbra1. No special permission on this user. All other users are like : a.smith@domain.fr
    Problem appear this morning. Incoming mails were ok before, but they didn't use them (migration from Exchange to Zimbra, they use Zimbra since yesterday night).

    In the MTA log file, I can't see anything unpleasant. Mails are arrived in the user's account, but not in Outlook. They are visible in the webmail for everybody. no errors when I do a send/receive action. Just nothing appearing in Outlook.

    If you're using ZCO, enable logging using ZCOLogCtl. Just enable logging and http logging, not verbose. Run Outlook, reproduce the problem, and post the .zco log.
