Outlook hangs when adding Zimbra Collaboration Server
We are migrating our Exchange accounts to the Zimbra server and are using the Zimbra Outlook Connector to add the users Zimbra account to Outlook. I have one user using Office Basic 2007 on a Win XP SP3 machine that hangs whenever I try to add the Zimbra Collaboration Server either as an account or a seperate profile. I've completely uninstalled Office and OLK, reinstalled with all updates, used latest OLK (184.108.40.20631). I've removed unnecessary add-ins, checked processes for possible interference. The event viewer only shows "hanging application rundll32.exe error" but doesn't point to anything specific. I've looked through the forums and haven't seen this particular issue listed. Looking for suggestions on what to try next.
