Default Outlook 2007 stops syncing

Hi,

I have a user who's Outlook stops syncing with Zimbra. Logging off and back in on the desktop starts Outlook syncing again, but only for a short time. Closing Outlook, killing the Outlook task via TaskManager and restarting Outlook also fixes the issue for a short time.

I've deleted the profile and re-created it, removed and reinstalled the connector. Tomorrow, I plan on uninstalling and reinstalling the connector and Outlook.

The problems start shortly after the user installed iTunes. I've completely removed iTunes from the system, including it's Outlook plugins and Services, but the problem persists.

Any ideas?

Gerald

The iTunes plugin is a problem, and we usually catch that and tell you to get rid of it. If you enable ZCO logging (http but not verbose), and post the log, maybe we can tell what is going on.

Thanks for the response. As I said earlier, I've completely removed iTunes, unless I missed something.

This morning I uninstalled Office SMB 2007 and re-installed it, as well as the connector, so we'll see if there are any more problems.

If there are, I'll post the log.

Thanks,
Gerald
