Does this user have tons of folders with lots of messages in the folders? If so, then I'm not sure there is a resolution, except to reduce the number of folders. There are a couple of ways to go about it -- archiving is one. Also, using categories instead of folders would be another way. But if this is the issue, it's really a MAPI issue.
