Local failure notice

Hello i have installed zimbra network edition and now i have strange problem:
sometimes when i receive mail with attachment in html i have this mail error in outlook:

this is a problem for my farmer because i don't see the mail in outlook but only by webmail.

Were there some attachments along with the local failure message? Also, is there a ZCO log? If so, can you post it? If not, enable ZCO logging (via ZCOLogCtl) -- just logging and http logging, do a quick run, get the error, turn logging off, and post the log.

I have installed the latest patch, exlude the proxy and recreate the account on the Outlook.

Now the problem is solved for me.
