As with all things, ETA means just that - an estimate. Just wait a short while and you'll probably see it.

4.0.4 is on the way out right now. Barring any major regressions found in QA, it should be available any day now.

We have installed 4.0.4 and this has fixed all my problems

This connector (4.04) has fixed the calendar and contact sync bugs. Thank goodness!
