ZOC With Outlook 2010 not syncing contacts/cal

Hi Everyone,

We've just got the Zimbra server installed and everything is working largely okay with one problem. I've tried with 3 seperate machines (OS/Arch) to use Outlook 2010, email works fine, but contacts or the cal are not syncing at all. You can create contacts or appointments in the web or outlook, they never sync together. I've tried this with Outlook 2010 x32 and x64, on XP and Windows 7. On Vista x32 with Outlook 2007, everything seemed to work fine.

I've turned on logging on ZOC and nothing really jumps out at me as being the cause. Is this a known issue, and what are the best steps to go about debugging the issue?

Do a small run with logging on. Turn on logging (just logging and http, not verbose). Then create one contact on the web client, and sync to Outlook. Then turn logging off and send us the log. Maybe I can see something going on.

That should be easier to track down than GAL issues. Hopefully, we'll see something here that will solve both issues.

I am having the same problem with contacts, Outlook 2010 64-bit, the 64-bit connector and no contacts syncing. Just installed..

Outlook 32-bit with 32-bit connector syncs contacts just fine
