Outlook 2007 - Missing accept/decline button.

Hi Guys
I am sorry if this sounds stupid, but my users are total novices and I am trying to get them to share MAILBOXES and CALENDERS with one-another.

The problem is:
I can not find the ACCEPT/DECLINE button on the mail. When testing this function prior to rollout (2010), I did see the invitational messages with ACCEPT/DECLINE button. Where do I find it/put the function ON in Outlook 2007?

Adding to this:
If I then add the share using Outlook's file/open/(zimbra)Other User's Mailbox, I do not see the shre in Zimbra's plugin (Share Status)

Outlook doesn't currently use the Accept/Decline, and mounting a mailbox in Outlook doesn't mount it in ZWC.

If you do mount it in ZWC, then if you have the right screen elements enabled (look in the View menu if I recall correctly), Outlook will flash and let you mount the share via a button-click.

See bug Bug 30465 - ZCO recognize and add share to Outlook and the bugs referenced in the comments. Some work has been done toward improving Outlook share recognition but there's still more to be done.
