VISTA OS: Cannot start outlook. "unable to load the information service LSMSSP.DLL"

Iv'e tried all the fixes found in the forums and still no luck. The connector and Zimbra are not on the PC anymore that I can tell. I have Outlook 2007.

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window.
The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service LSMSSP.DLL

It would help if you actually told us which 'fixes' you'd tried so we don't go over the same ground. Try a repair of Outlook or some of the many forum solutions and tell us which one does, or doesn't, work.
