ZCO 7.1.1 not work with windows 2008 outlook 2007

My system is Windows 2008 SP2 (64 bit) with Outlook 2007 (32 bit). I installed ZCO 7.1.1 32 bit

But Outlook cannot start with error

The Add-in "Zimbra Client Extension" (SharingAddin.DLL) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook....

Any ideas?
