What issues have you noticed? The same ones? FWIW, bug 60779 (which I filed because of this thread) has been fixed. It will be available in 7.1.2. Not sure if we'll backport to 6.0.x or not.
I'll look into it and get back to you. Am travelling at the moment, but will Ask David Kempe if they are still having issues with this process when doing a migration.
