ZCO not syncing that email was read

Hello,

we have problem on one computer that when email was read in Outlook, that does not sync to Zimbra.
Outlook 2010, windows 7, Zimbra 6.0.12, ZCO 6.0.11.
Does anyone has experience with situation like this?
We tried to recreate profile but it didn't help.

Also, sent emails are not synced back to Zimbra!

Enable ZCO logging (just logging and http logging, not verbose), and post the log file.
