Default [SOLVED] Outlook is not installed on your system

Hi, I have installed Outlook 2007 Sp2 in Windows 7 Pro, installing ZCO 7.1 tells me that "Outlook is not installed on my system"

Completely reinstall Office and even the same problem

Any ideas?

What installer are you using? What version of Outlook 32/64-bit?

Can you please try running the installer from the command line to generate a log file and then posting the result here.

( Use a command along the lines of...
msiexec /i ZimbraConnectorOLK_7.1.0.6315_x86.msi /lv* msi.log
)

Default Access Error reading registry?

Thanks.

The critical line in the log is
"CA LOG: Failed to get value of registry OUTLOOK_APPLICATION_VERSION_KEY, error = 5l."

I'm pretty sure that's an access error when trying to read the registry setting...
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application\CurVer

Has the installer got admin rights?
