Shared Folders very slow to reflect changes

Hi, I have a couple of users who have admin permission to access a shared inbox. When one user reads and moves messages, it can take hours for the other user to see any changes to the shared inbox. The Send/Receive button helps but it can still take several minutes to synchronize, and they're now having to constantly click the Send/Receive button. Can anything be done to get things automatically synchronized quickly? Thanks.

A ZCO log file might help tell us what's going. Enable Logging and HTTP, not verbose.
