Default ZOC / Outlook 2010 - Contacts not syncing

Mail Client: Outlook 2010 (32 bit)
OS: Windows 7

I have a user whose contacts are not syncing over. The folders are but not the contacts within the folder. I have attached the logs.

Please let me know if you need additional information. The User would like to get this resolved ASAP. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Kind of hard to tell what's going on, but from these logs, it looks like there could have been a crash -- they seem to just stop while trying to create an attachment. Is there a core dump file in %TEMP%\zco-cores?

Also, you're using a pretty old version (6.0.9). Time to upgrade?

We have 6.0.7 for our server with 6.0.6058.8 for the connector. We are currently working to implement 7 by the end of June. I will check for a core dump file in %TEMP%\zco-cores

Well, this crash is nowhere near our code. But it seems like it's crashing trying to create an attachment. So is there any contact with a big attachment? Also, I'm interested in messages with zimbra id's 9353 and 9358. If those are deleted, do things improve? [That's kind of a wild guess that may not produce anything, but worth a try]
