Default Connector Constanly Disabled

User is running outlook 2007 and connector 6.0.8, for some reason the add-in is always disabled, I have tried uninstalling both outlook and the connector and still disabled. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or can point me in the direction?

Thanks.

Do you have Outlook 2007 SP2 installed?

Why don't you try installing a later version of ZCO and see if that solves the problem?

The problem is that the addins are not being registered correctly. You can do it by hand (there are numerous posts about how to use the regsvr32 commands. If you don't run them in silent mode, you might be able to see if there is an issue.

But I would first try 6.0.10 or later just to see if that solves your problem.

Also, I assume you went into Outlook, and made sure that the COM addin was enabled.

I added a couple registry keys and changed how outlook downloads Macros. The user still has to enable the addin, but it works.
