connector for outlook failing

We just converted to ZCS 7.1.0 GA3140. It is running on an Apple with Linux operating system. We can get to our mail via the web client and even using Thunderbird. The problem comes in when we us the Outlook 2007 SP2 client on a Windows 7 box. We downloaded ZimbraConnectorOLK_7.1.0.6315_x86.msi and are running it acording to the instructions but constantly unable to do the initial set up so I never even get to synch step.

Can you be a little more specific? What happens when you try the initial set up? Do you get an error message? A crash?
