MAPI (Microsoft Outlook) Connector in zimbra 7.1.0_ga3140 is free ?

because in Cos settings i can turn that feature on

but where to download the connector?

Since you are using FOSS you are not licensed to use Outlook Connector. Outlook connector is only used with Network Edition Professional licenses. Not sure why you see the selection in COS. Could be a bug.

However anyone NE admins looking for the download location, the version that shipped with Zimbra is in Admin panel Downloads section and in the support portal website.

It makes little difference showing the Admin UI, the MAPI connector is (as has already been said) a Network Edition feature and does not exist in the OSS version.

That's correct and if you looked at the Product Comparison on the main Zimbra web site you'd see that it's a Network Edition feature.
