It looks like 64bit Outlook is only supported in ZCS 7. This would be bug 43685 and pm.zimbra.com shows it is fixed for ZCS 7, but has no entry for ZCS 6.

Please do zmcontrol -v at the CLI when logged in as zimbra, and insert the output into your forum profile.

hi there,

thanks for your answer, i've tried both connectors without success, since that day we've encountered a bigger problem, don't know if someone is familiar with that, here's the thing:

We've uninstalled outlook Version 2010 x64 and replaced it with a x86 version, so far so good, since that, we are completely unable to install the zimbra connector on this computer !! (windows 7 home, 64x)

I've deleted every possible entry in the Windows registry, files and so on, without success. While installing the 64bit zimbra7-Olk-connector, the setup tells me a bizarre error message, installation aborted, the 86x zimbra6 connector tells me that i have already a newer version of the connector installed on that machine. But there's no trace anywhere of zimbra, olk or VMware. (software windows uninstaller etc).

Does someone got an idea to crack this nutshell? (except reinstalling windows, i prefer to solve this without making a big deal of it).

regards, Carlo

You need to update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the poutput in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v
You also need to provide the exact version number of the Connector that you're using.

Hi Bill,

okay, my profile is up to date now.

Here's the output:
Release 6.0.5_GA_2213.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 NETWORK edition.

Is there any possible way to install the olk connector without reinstalling the pc?

best regards,

Blizzzard
