Default Outlook 2010 + ZOC

Hi, we tried to connect to our Zimbra 7.1.0 Ubuntu 10.04 AMD64 Server with newest Zimbra Connecter for Outlook but Outlook is crashing on every start.

We have Outlook 2010 32 Bit on Windows 7 64 Bit. I tried to disable GAL-Sync over a Registry entry but it only works on 2 of 3 maschines with same Hard/Software.

I thought this bug is fixed with 7.1.0?

Thanks & regards

Tobias

Default Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

I am having same issue. We have 15 of the same PC's with Outlook 2010 32bit and Windows 7 64bit and only half of them are working without outlook crashing a few seconds after it launches...

Any crash dump in %TEMP%\zco-cores? Any ZCO log file?

What is the path and filename for these files in Win7 with Outlook 2010. I'll open it up and see if I can get something from it.

On Win7, %TEMP% is \Users\,username>\AppData\Local\Temp

I don't see a folder or directory called zco-cores or any other file/folder starting with zco, zimbra, or even Z at all. That's why I was asking.

Then I guess we didn't generate a core dump. Does this happen for all users, or just one user? If it happens for all users, perhaps I could get a test account, and see if I can duplicate it, because at this point, I have no idea what the problem is.

But I know 7.0.1 had issues with GAL sync. Why not upgrade to 7.1 and try.

It seems that with the ZCO 7.0.1 I had issues on at least 2 Win7/Office 2010 plus one WinXP office 2003 based systems. I turned off the GAL sync and the crash issue went away on the WinXP. Moving to ZCO 7.1 resolved the crash issue on all 3 computers.
