Moving messages across mailboxes

Hi,

I try to set an equivalent of Exchange public folders in Zimbra, through ZCO.

I created a mailbox named "Public Folder" and delegated the inbox folder to everybody (full access)

When I try to move a message from a mailbox to this "public folder" mailbox, the message gets moved, but never synced on the server, other people never synchonises this change.

Is there anything i'm doing wrong, or is there any other way to set public repositories for mail archiving? (mail is not received in Public folder mailbox).
