Outlook free/busy not working

Hi
I have a user who's free busy is not working
I have upgarded him to Office 2010 from 07.
The exchange server is 2010.
We have found a work around for now.
There is some sites in the internet explorer that is in the exception list.
As soon as we remove those sites the free/busy works.

Anyone maybe know why the exception site list is linked to outlook free/busy?

Are you using Zimbra Connector for Outlook with a Zimbra server? If not, I'd suggest you're on the wrong forum.
