Default Zimbra Outlook connector GAL-SYNC

Good Evening

I'm very happy with Zimbra is very easy to install and maintain but we have a little problem
we are using Zimbra outlook connector the version installed in our company is:

Release 6.0.11_GA_2880.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 NETWORK edition.

The gal sync is OK but when we delete a user is not updated in the global address list.
I been troubleshooting this problem, if i update manually the GAL, the user is deleted i want to know if this can be do it automatically.

I attach the ZCO log.

Sorry for my english.
Many thanks

as far I understand in the open source edition you cannot change the Zimbra logo.
